Kochi Prefecture is working to recruit workers in order to solve its agricultural labor shortage and is particularly focused on securing foreign personnel.
By creating and distributing agricultural videos in languages other than Japanese， Kochi Prefecture hopes to inform people about the agricultural work that is in high demand in each region， while increasing people’s interest in working in Kochi’s agricultural sector.
